Apartment, balcony, walk in shower,, water in the fridge, hand soap, good towels information booklet in apartment..info provided to get taxi to drop us at the top gate, quick response on what's app of agent. Lots of good arrival info.

Pool area wasn't clean, or able to use. Needed trees cutting back so that it would warm up to use. Looked neglected. The number of steps to climb was only suitable for fit people! No where to leave bags on departure day when our return flight was in the afternoon.meant we were stuck with our luggage all day. Could provide more than 1 small toilet roll! Just mean after the cost we paid.

beautiful views of the beach and the beds were comfortable to sleep on, Mats was always on had to help and provided a very good service!

there were around 200 steps to climb (or a long and fairly steep hill and the hill was completely unlit at night so not very safe) if anyone with any mobility issues had booked it would have had to be taxis every time you wanted to head to the beach

perfect place for being both close to the beach and far away from any other people. Great view!

Great views - however there are over 200 steps to this apartment. Shared pool - which was not busy and nice and outdoor terrace which was lovely. Basics and bottle of wine on arrival. Apartment refurbished and clean. Quiet end of Port De Soller if that is what you seek. Guy who came out from letting agency because of no hot water was very pleasant. However was out of their control.

Attitude of host and a person who manages for host in letting agency in relation to arrival and lack of hot water from 23rd to check out on 25th June . Despite what is advertised this apartment's directions are not accurate for anyone arriving in the dark. Note there are no street lights. While our taxi driver was from Palma - Google Maps takes you up hill past turn off to apartment which is actually is Urbanitzacio Muleta 16 - do not expect to see this sign in the dark. Entrance 1 is listed as off Cami del far yet Entrance 2 is listed as Carrer d'Alaro - which it is I have no idea however it defo is Urb. Muleta - entrance 2 is shown as on Cami Del Far or Carrer d'Alaro but map shows it as Cami del Far - no its on Urb. Muleta. Also Uber had same issue finding apt and we had to direct local taxi drivers each time as google took them past turn off. I would advise they revise the map. By the way it is not so easy "a child could find it " - direct quote - I have travelled all over the world and never experienced this before nor attitudes like it. On gas leak issue in complex while I appreciate it is not fault of host or letting agency - host ignored my messages on no hot water and we were offered a 10% discount valid for a year on next booking with letting agency - Thanks but no - not really appropriate compensation for 2 nights with cold water for showers and dishes etc. Lots of mossies also get into apt if you leave small windows with grills open - the mossies get thro the grills. Local info in welcome pack average. eg Other supermarkets with better inventory available in Port De Soller - you don't need to go to Soller to get meat/fish etc for dinner.
