Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 3) will be restricted from approximately April 2026, to June 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The property was perfect! We have stayed n the Ilikai another times and this property was one of the best! Very clean, it has everything you need and sitting at the balcony watching the sunset is a plus!I would not look anywhere else because you have found the perfect place!Looking forward to come back next year!Nia and Matt

We really enjoyed our rental and would rent there again. Nothing fancy, but well-equipped and comfortable enough for our 9-night stay. Great sunset views off the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Safe and laid back vibe. Was tough to leave! Definitely could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in this room twice now and although it’s in the perfect location, was very clean, and well appointed, it’s time that Ali’i Beach rentals reviewed their fee structure and policies for late checkouts. Given that travel and tourism has not returned to pre-pandemic levels it would’ve been appreciated to provide late checkout for a reasonable fee similar to other rental companies. Q
