Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) will be restricted from approximately September 2026, to November 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please note:
-The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe.
-The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that window.
-Dates may change due to weather or unforeseen delays. Noise disturbances may occur during the project.

-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony. The hotel property is conveniently located next to the beach and we had an excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

I was all perfect! I loved everything about it! The Fireworks were amazing! This was a surprise vacation for my wife. She thought this was the best VRBO ever! Thank you!

It was absolutely fabulous. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Requisites for the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, surfing board so convenient and we use them all. Thank you so much.Highly recommend to our friends and family.We are looking forward to come again soon. Mahalo.
