Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

Despite being right next to the elevators, we did not hear them and were not bothered by them. So it was wonderful to get back from a long walk and have a short Walk to the unit. The property manager, George, was awesome and responsive to questions. The unit had all the basics for us.

This property looked like it had been decorated in 1980, and no repairs or updating had been done since. The hanging blinds were broken, and the repairman said he had worked on them before, but parts were broken, and he could only set them in closed position. They needed to be replaced. Living room floor also had water damage, and slats had buckled, causing people to trip when they walked in that area. Living room light fixture was very dim, and there were no comfortable chairs at all, except for the patio chairs, which we could bring in.
On the other hand, the view and location were excellent. And management did bring over a broom, dustpan, and enough toilet paper for 4 people when asked.
