We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

We did not use the parking even though there was a free parking pass included with the unit. We have stayed in that area before, but at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Tower so the view was equally as good. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook with. The only thing I had a problem with was the Wi-Fi did not work well now on the balcony.Would sray there again.

Clean room, great view ,property is nice , the free parking in the parking garage was so convenient , that alone was a huge benefit for us as parking around here is limited to none as we found. The Luau on Fridays was great and fireworks by the lagoon made for a great 1st night here.My only suggestion would be to get new pillows and the mattresses were not the most comfortable, but not horrible , overall I would stay here again without hesitation

The condo was smaller than we imagined. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated and a job well done. The rest of the condo including the furniture was just okay. The lanai was okay and you could see the ocean. The noise level in the area was very high which made it difficult to sleep. The beach stuff was dirty and I would not use it. The location was good. We were charged a lot for housekeeping and other fees. The cleanliness was okay but the floors were filthy and gritty. The bottoms of our feet were black minutes after arriving. We bought slippers to wear during our stay.
