We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

The Condo was amazing. Everything we needed was provided. We loved staying there. The Condo wasn’t ready for our early checkin as planned but we were offered another room to stay in while we waited. We were given a refund for this.The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the bed that creaked every time you moved.

This room and the view were beyond spectacular! The entire room is modern. The A/C worked perfectly and was quiet enough for me to sleep soundly. The bed is comfortable! The living room area was cozy and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and modern. Amazing view of the lagoon! Definitely plan to stay again here for future trips.

We booked 2 units in same building, around same price. Only thing impressive about unit 2018 is the view. It's all downhill from there & when i saw the other clean & modern unit my in-laws were in (1102) that cost a bit less, I was pissed off that owner of 2018 can justify the rates they are charging. I doubt owners ever stay there. They are obviously not putting any of money back in for maintenance or repairs.
Ever cut your foot while showering? Want to? You can in this unit as the acrylic shower floor is coming apart in chunks, but you won't see that in their pictures. Want to handwash your bathing suit in the bathroom sink? Good luck getting the stopper back up. The lever underneath is rusted right off so it won't come back up on its own. Fully equipped kitchen? Not if you need scissors or a sharp knife or a baking sheet to warm up some leftovers in the vintage oven. When you open the cabinets in the kitchen, you are greeted by a strong musty, mildew smell. Check the water reservoir in the coffee machine before you brew your first pot or you might end up with some extra goodies floating in it. Fridge is not tall but cleaning staff must be short as they don't seem to notice all the dust bunnies & crumbs accumulating on top of it. (5 ft 9" husband was eye level with it). Balcony floor, railings & furniture covered in grime & bird crap. No cleaning products anywhere. Had to go buy lysol wipes to clean it ourselves.
Window a/c unit looks fairly new but not efficient. You have to take if off money saver & eco mode or else the fan will just turn on & off continuously & keep you up all night. They ask you keep it at 72 but it's impossible. We had to build a wall with couch cushions to try and divert the air towards the bed, close the bathroom & closet doors & stuff towels under the large gap of the entrance door to try & force more cold air towards the bed, but still had some very sweaty nights. An inexpensive oscillating fan would very much resolve this frustrating issue. I would share my own pics of this unit, but doesn't seem to be an option here
