This beautiful 42 m² flat can accommodate up to 2 travellers and is composed of a living room, a bedroom with double bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

This pretty two-room apartment is located near the Bayard district. A very lively and culturally rich area.
The street of the flat remains however very quiet. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies, newspapers and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

La Parenthèse Absolutely beautiful space, even better than the listing made it look (which is so rare). It was my first time in Toulouse and the location was perfect. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to anyone!

Very nice apartment. First night was ruined when the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was very frightening. I could not reach the agency (Cocoonr) by email or by phone, as directed. I had to knock the alarm off a high wall with a broom handle.to stop it after a half hour. I'm now, a month later, still trying to get reimbursed for that first (of 3) night's rent. I've had no response from Cocoonr to my request. So, nice apartment, poor rental agency.
