Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming two-room flat for rent, featuring a modern yet authentic décor! It’s the ideal place for a wonderful sunny getaway and for exploring the ‘Ville Rose’! This lovely 42 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 2 guests, comprises a living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.

- A shower room with a walk-in shower, storage space and a hairdryer.

This lovely two-room flat is situated near the Bayard neighbourhood – a lively and culturally rich area. The street where the flat is located, however, remains very quiet. Shops, bakeries, chemists, newsagents and restaurants are all within easy reach.

La Parenthèse Absolutely beautiful space, even better than the listing made it look (which is so rare). It was my first time in Toulouse and the location was perfect. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to anyone!

Very nice apartment. First night was ruined when the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was very frightening. I could not reach the agency (Cocoonr) by email or by phone, as directed. I had to knock the alarm off a high wall with a broom handle.to stop it after a half hour. I'm now, a month later, still trying to get reimbursed for that first (of 3) night's rent. I've had no response from Cocoonr to my request. So, nice apartment, poor rental agency.
