Be aware about the dates ...

Nice place, good location, clean caravan, good infrastructure in general lines.

Lots of road works blocking the few access you have to the beaches + the busy and crowded city because of the Boardmasters festival. Crazy days...

Long weekend stay.

The host was very helpful, friendly, and always on the end of the line for any queries/questions/help. Fantastic communication. Caravan was very clean, smelt lovely as you walked in, and through our whole weekend stay. You wouldn't know there had been dogs staying in the caravan at any point. The caravan was very comfortable, lots of space, we are a family of 5 but only 3 of us stayed this time. Would have still been ok for us if we had our other 2 children as well (teenagers). We really appreciated all the extra little touches they had made... tea and coffee, milk in the fridge, some biscuits, the little things you might forget like sauces, cooking oil, and tin foil in the cupboards. The dog basket full of things for the dog while they stayed was lovely, too. 🐶 Beds were all made up for when we arrived, and towels left out. Good location on the site, central to everything. The caravan was easy to find, plenty of parking, the site has a nice little club house with a small arcade area and restaurant inside. There are some lovely walks to go on to, up and over, a lot of hills, though 😃. The area outside of the site was great, lovely beach, a good pub/restaurant on the beach front, which is family and dog friendly. Newquay has a lot more to do and see. It was about 10 minutes by car and a 40 to 45 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking this caravan. We will definitely book again. 5*

The No1 choice when visiting Newquay

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We stayed in late December. It was immaculately clean, very well appointed with plenty of coat hangers and hooks on doors as well as comfortable seating and a very usable kitchen. It was great to have an ensuite with the double bedroom. The site is very conveniently located within a short walk or drive of beautiful Porth beach and island and only10 minutes drive from the centre of vibrant Newquay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. They were very easily contactable and would reply to messages in only a few minutes! Very impressive. They have also added lots of thoughtful and personal touches to the accommodation to make the stay even better. The caravan itself and the site are not your typical mass , Haven style. It's small and intimate, quiet and relaxing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great awesome stay!

We liked pretty much everything very clean and tidy! The double bed was very comfy but a little small!

There is a Bush at the back of the the caravan that needs cutting back as in the wind it really hits the caravan and makes alot of noise. Struggled to sleep some nights.

Superb

Loved the homely feel of the caravan and the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The host was lovely and communication was easy, thank you Lesley. The site itself is well equipped but we didnt use the facilities, opting to hit the beaches and visit friends instead. An enjoyable stay in a clean and cosy caravan.

We were fortunate that the weather was terrific however, it got incredibly hot. Perhaps the option of a fan would make things more comfortable. The only other issue was that the pull out bed was not comfortable. This is the nature of these beds but perhaps an extra mattress topper could help? The above are only mentioned as constructive feedback and do not reflect any negativity to our enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay in Cornwall, clean and comfy caravan.

Ease of entry into the caravan, it was clean and warm and super cosy. The host had left tea and coffee and milk in the fridge, also a lovely packet of biscuits, this was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The beds were made and there was lovely soft towels to use, there was even a blanket and towel for the four legged guest. Would deffo stay again if we are holidaying in Cornwall.

What state was excellent and the beach is so close and People round here are so friendly

everything in the property was working and she even personalised by putting out coffee tea shortbread sugar cereal cleaning products and dog towels and everything smells fresh and clean it was the best Caravan I’ve actually been to and we had a wonderful time I have already rebooked because I think it was outstanding and I will always rebook now thank you for your Caravan it was perfect
