When you pull up to this cozy condominium, be sure to get settled into one of the multiple parking spaces and relax as the sensation of Outer Banks' peacefulness washes over you. The main entry brings you right into the spacious Dining Area with bright, colorful furniture and plenty of space to unwind as you enjoy the bright natural light coming in through the windows. Let the family get comfortable at the Counter Bar while you cook up some fresh, local seafood in the Kitchen with all modern appliances and plenty of space to make something delicious. The beautifully decorated Living Area provides the ultimate retreat after a day of exploring the Outer Banks. Multiple, large windows bask the area in sunshine. Love it. It’s not in the description but there is direct beach access!!! There’s not a ton of pots and pans, but there’s enough to get by for the week of cooking for a family plenty of space. Beautiful views. No complaints. The lack of reviews almost made me not book here . It’s an amazing place in a great location

Overall nice condo but badly in need of new mattresses and stove. Notified Seaside Vacations management group of maintenance needs in the first week. Received response 2 days before we left (after second message) which made cooking very frustrating. See email to Seaside for details. The only other issue we had was dining area lighting…very dark.
Would consider staying here again but doubt we’d use Seaside Vacations again.
