Off-Season Rates - Relax in this beautiful home located just blocks from the Albemarle Sound and just 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Brand New Hot Tub just installed. Paddleboards, kayaks, boats, and jet skis welcome with plenty of parking! The public boat ramp is just a 1/2 mile away. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and bikes for the family. Wind down after a day at the beach or on the water in the relaxing yard with gas grill or take a short walk to the 3rd street soundfront gazebo & the scenic sunsets along Bay Drive. The property was very nice and well stocked. The property manager was great at making sure our stay was enjoyable. Location was close to everything we needed or wanted to see.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything! Erik provides you with everything you need! His home has it all! This was our first time in NC and the joy on all our faces from the memories made here, so amazing!! I’d definitely stay here again!!! Bummed to leave that’s for sure!!
