Beautiful Townhouse on the Beach!

The location was excellent! However there should not be a cleaning fee. For the simple fact of the place was not very clean. The bed linens had hair and sand in them. The dishwasher was full of dishes. There was no cleaning supplies or extra toiletries. The bedding was minimal, 1 comforter on each bed. It was like getting your first apartment and having to buy everything for the first time. For the price paid I did expect cleanliness and at least dollar tree soap.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful views. The full bathroom upstairs is in the hallway - the 2 queen rooms have to share this bathroom. The full bathroom in the bunk room (bottom level) needs lighting over the walk-in shower. We had to use flashlights. If you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own Teflon pans. The ones in the kitchen are in bad shape due to abuse by other people. All in all we had a wonderful time and great experience. Thank you!!

The location was the best, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The overall property was clean with fresh linens on the beds, no obvious dirt on floors or surfaces. The exception to this was the in the kitchen.we found dishes, pots, and pans in need of a good scrubbing, with dried bits of food on many items. Also, the bathrooms lacked basics. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper for three bathrooms and no soap in two bathrooms. We had to shop for cleaning supplies after we arrived.
