About this house rental
Home located in the popular and charming neighborhood of Matunuck. It's a 4 minute ride to East Matunuck state Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and the pavilion area, walk the rocks and visit the wonderful shops and local restaurants including the Matunuck Oyster bar, Captain Jacks and Jim's Dock. Stay home and enjoy cocktails on the large deck or patio.

House is perfect size and location. Owner v responsive and helpful. The house has lots of different spots to hang out in so you can all spread out inside. Outside same thing - lots of great seating areas. Excellent beach and restaurants are just down the street. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our family of 4! House had everything we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent, beach chairs and umbrellas). The location is perfect with easy access to the beach (one minute drive or 15-20 minute walk). Close to Matunuck Oyster Bar and captain Jacks). Near the road, but no issue at all with noise. Ralph was very responsive to all questions. We love the area and this is a great house to enjoy all that Matunuck has to offer! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is terrific clean beach towels, chairs umbrellas, walking distance to matunuck oyster bar! Close to a day trip to BI - can’t say enough we will DEFINITELY be back as we have family in the area. Perfect rental! I would say add some more hooks and shelf space in the bedrooms but other than that 10/10
