The Barnacle house is located in the heart of Matunuck, tucked away behind The Matunuck Surf Shop. The house provides close proximity to beaches, surf breaks, salt pond access and local businesses.
The house is a ranch with large living spaces including kitchen, living room and spacious dining table. The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom, plus an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.

Great location. Beautiful views and home. My only qualm was how dirty it was. The floor was absolutely filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Our socks were black after walking around the house for onlt a few hours. Either there is no cleaning service or it was very badly kept up. The shower in the bathroom also had a leak.
