A lovely little apartment in a quiet part of town.

The apartment is ideally placed to access the coast either by a sloping path or the cliff tramway. There is Sainsbury’s just around the corner, an excellent cafe and a great pub, the Cask and Keg serving good beers and food. The apartment is warm, clean and has all the facilities you might need. Being dog friendly it was perfect for our long weekend. We were lucky with getting a parking spot just outside but there were lots of spaces further down the street.

Excellent flat - perfect for a few days by the sea side

Funky flat ideal for a couple having a stay in Scarborough. Sea view if you sat in the right chair. Lovely and warm. Hosts were responsive and sorted a minor thing quickly. Well positioned to wander down into town and useful info to steer you to a few places to try.

The two doors from the bathroom and into the bedroom opening into each other is a bit awkward!

Cosy, warm apartment. Very well equipped. Lift was a bonus as on 4th floor. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Excellent communication from owner, even let us in early on a very cold, snowy January day. Key safe easy to operate & with info from the owner clear instructions how to get into the apartment.

Bathroom maybe could do with a refurb, tiny sink & some mould on shower head & cubicle. Bath towels a little small & rough. But shower very easy to regulate & worked well.

We Highly Recommend This Apartment

The apartment was nearby to the beach, parks, shops, takeaways and everywhere else that we wanted to visit during our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and Peter and Zoe were welcoming and helpful.

A gem

This place is a gem. It's spacious and beautifully furnished with lovely decor. The location was ideal...just a 10 min walk to the harbour. The kitchen is really well appointed with plenty of utensils, etc. The owners were very quick to communicate and gave lots of advice for our arrival. We would definitely stay there again. Parking is easy. We were provided with residents' permits for the duration of our stay.

The apartment was in an excellent location and it was bright with lovely morning light. There was parking right outside and the coffee machine was great.

Lovely little apartment in a great location.

Very clear instructions and the host was accommodating to early check in as I had children that needed a base to nap/rest.

No parking directly outside for our stay. We had to park a street away.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and with lovely views from the bay window. The hosts had clearly tried hard to make our stay as good a possible, with a plethora of information. Within easy reach of parkland, sea walks and the town.

One night of the stay was a little noisy (open mic night at the local pub). A bath would have been a welcome extra luxury after a long walk.

The location was central to where we were visiting. The apartment was lovely and clean, view out to the sea. The apartment was well equipped. Bottle of wine left, nice touch.

Our little breakaway

Beautiful apartment and very well presented. It had everything you needed. Lovely touches in every room. Central for trains, buses, beaches and restaurants. Fans in living room and bedroom if needed. We really loved Alexa as we don't own one and found her very useful...definitely going to get one. Peter was very helpful and kept us upto date with everything we should know, this included photos which we found very helpful. The welcome items such as milk, sugar etc were very much appreciated as was the lift to the apartment.

Fantastic apartment on south cliff.

Great location. Close to cliff lift, so very convenient for the Spa and south bay. Clear instructions and easy check-in experience. Comfortable communal area. Nice kitchen and we were delighted with the coffee machine. Fantastic vista from the windows but very thankful that there's a lift to get us up there!

Great stay

Loved the decor, everything that was needed was supplied. Stayed just the 1 night as going to a concert at the Spa theatre. Perfect location for our needs, few minutes walk away.

small thing, the parking permit hadn't been left out but a quick phone call and we were told where to find it. Maybe should be included in the info where to find it if it hadnt been left on the coffee table, just in case it happens again.

Lovely property in a great location. It’s hard to find somewhere so nice which allows pets and is disabled friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely come back. Zoe and Peter were very kind and friendly to us and were on hand with any questions we had.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, reasonably priced apartment

Well equipped, clean, comfortable, spacious, one bedroomed apartment with fluffy towels and free parking permits. We liked the location as we didn't mind the 15 min walk into Scarborough, but it wouldn't be suitable for anyone who is unable to walk far. Although the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is a lift, although we mostly used the stairs, to help burn off the calories from the extra food and drinks! The sea view from the side of the bay window was lovely too. The owner was very friendly and responded immediately when I messaged him because I didn't understand the parking permit instructions

The sink in the bathroom was very small, with no room for soap or other toiletries, especially when the room was so big, but this was only a minor issue.

Lovely relaxing pre Christmas break

Lovely apartment in a good location. Plenty of parking. Instructions about keys etc were excellent. Loved the Christmas tree and the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

Excellent communication from owner. Superb welcome pack. became comfortable very quickly. No noise from other inhabitants.

Found the key lock pad a bit fiddly, and situated at low level so not so easy to access.

Exceptional

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was very comfortable. It had everything you may need. There was tea, coffee, biscuits, a box of toffees and a bottle of procesco waiting on our arrival. The parking was good. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We could not fault these apartments at all. The beach is at the top of the street. We would recommend these apartments.

Lovely place, we stayed here as a couple with a 7 year old child, the couch pulls out as a bed and I had really nice sleep as it was comfortable.

lovely apartment and Peter couldn’t be more helpful ensuring our stay was stress and hassle free.

the property was well presented in a good location.

it was difficult to have a baby at this property with the lift being so small and not able to fit the push chair in, however this isn’t the properties fault and we were advised before hand that the lift was small so had nothing to complain about.

Gorgeous apartment with absolutely everything you need. Lovely extra touches left for guests. The lift was the big bonus as it allowed me to enjoy a high floor, which I like for views, but usually have to forego when travelling with my elderly mum. Being pet friendly was also a major plus. Parking caused us no issue, even over a busy Bank Holiday weekend. Great communication from hosts who really care that their guests enjoy their stay. I would highly recommend.

Parking for flat 8 is only Public places, although one is provided with a permit. If you have any difficulty walking thi

MY husband although not in a wheel chair is disabled and needs the lift. The lift is acceptable only via the back door. Flat 8 has no parking provided. Unknown to us the other flats do, if we had known we would have tried to book a flat that does. It was a bit of a nightmare trying to find a public parking place near the back door.

It was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble and was able to message Zoe and Peter if needed to! Loved it!!!

cleanliness, the style and extra touches such as fresh flowers, milk and fizz left. Also good information package left. Tried Three recommendations of places to eat!

Entrance hall could have been better lit and outside swept and some tubs of flowers added to make it stand out!
