I loved the amount of things provided such as plates, bowls etc, the appliances were just right and needed, all essentials were given.

Sleeps 3 people, 2 single beds in one room and one double in the other. Close to Scarborough Spa. Kitchen area modern. Beds comfy. View of Olivers Mount (but couldn't see due to scaffolding) Quiet location.
The flat had some modern aspects like the kitchen units and TV, but on the lounge side the settee was dirty and stained, the carpets were dirty, the same in the bedrooms. The entrance and stairs were worn. Bathroom, very small sink, hot tap constantly running (cold tap too, not as bad) couldn't switch them off properly. Bath with overhead shower, very deep bath, no bath mat for slippage, nothing to hold on to (grab rails) when getting into have a shower. Shower screen movable, so water went on the floor. Shower head filthy and shower piping. No storage, or shelving for toothbrush etc only a tiny, odd toothbrush holder on the wall with a plastic plant in. Had to strip beds before 10am departure.

We have had a lovely visit to Scarborough. The flat is very comfortable and a good base for the South side. We have had a wonderful time. The flat is very warm and comfortable for the 4 of us and our dog.
