Good position close to all amenities

Super location in short walking distance to an outstanding coast line and beach. The settlement is very nice and with absolute privacy for the individual houses and terraces, which there are plenty of allowing you to either find a sunny or shady spot throughout the day and ample spaces for outdoor dining.
There is a store in direct proximity where you can get everything needed and various restaurants along the beach that provide food for all tastes. The facilities of the 'village' are great, especially the swimming pool next to the cliffs. But there is also a playground and some sports facilities (which we did not test).
Distance to Alvor is a bit longer and walking takes approximately 30min (can be a very nice beach walk). Parking in the settlement is a bit restricted, therefore it is harder to find a parking spot close to the apartment (but there is one a bit further away where you can find spaces).
The last bit of access to the beach could be repaved, because currently with a pushchair it is a bit harder to manage (but it is not very long, so not too much of a problem).
