The AMENETIES. There was hair conditioner and makeup wipes! They even provided a free welcome bottle of prosecco! Those small things, plus the fact that it looked and provided what the listing promised, put it as one of my favorite stays this trip.
Not really the property but I was so lost upon arriving to Venice and trying to figure out the vaporettos. She was communicative though.

The location is in a very quiet street away from busy routes but still close to the ferry terminal, restaurants and sights. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. There are no views but this is not important. The size is ample and the facilities very good. We will return to this apartment. The owner met us at the ferry terminal and escorted us to the apartment and showed us the workings.

It’s a Beautiful historical place. Comfortable stay. Completely equipped. The hosts are very thoughtful to provide all what the travelers need.

The owner Mariana could not have been more helpful. She sent loads of really useful information prior to our trip and met us off the waterbus to take us to the property, which was invaluable as I read about lots of people getting lost trying to find their accommodation! The location was excellent, so easy to get to all the sights, and the local area had a lovely selection of bars and restaurants.
