Everything was perfect. Beautifully clean and comfortable. We were met by Mariana on arrival who was delightful, showing us around and providing very useful information about the property and surrounding areas. We stayed 3 nights and had an incredible time. The premises are very well situated close to the grand canal (San Angelo) and unlimited restaurants and bars. Highly recommended this place. Like a home away from home. Everything comfort is thought of and available within. Such a pleasant stay. David & Sue Australia.

An absolutely exceptional stay. The apartment is impeccable, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Perfectly clean, extremely comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Venice. You can truly feel the care and dedication behind the hosting. We felt completely at home and would return without hesitation

Mariana was an exceptionally welcoming and helpful host from start to finish. She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay much more convenient.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city — just a 5-minute walk to the Galleria dell’Accademia and about 10 minutes to St. Mark’s Basilica and St. Zachariah Church. The water transport stops are also very close by, making it easy to get around.
Everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, and the bed was large and very comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
We stayed in January with very low temperatures, it was a bit cold in the apartment at the beginning as there's no heating, only AC.
