Die Lage war sehr gut….direkt am Meer und in wenigen Minuten zur Altstadt
Das Parken in der Tiefgarage mit dem Sensor war etwas kompliziert, vorallem wenn der vorherige Gast nicht ordnungsgemäß den Parkchip bedient, kommt der nächste Gast erst gar nicht in die Garage!! Das muss der Gastgeber besser kommunizieren!!

Location was excellent, cooking etc fscilities similar. Free car parking was clearly an advantage, but not one I took advantage of.
Lack of concierge was not something I liked and email contact/via Booking.com contact was less than desirable. A repair required to the shower took longer than I expected largely because of this. Probably unreasonably on my part, I had expected the apartment to be rather larger.

Great location to discover Marbella and its environment - huge plus is the complementary parking spot. The room is as expected, functional, clean - did not use the kitchen, but it looked OK as well. Bed is comfortable, although the pillows could be improved. Overall a very good stay
There is a sewer smell in the bathroom, which given the location and proximity to waterfront I guess is unavoidable. You can smell it, but its not the strongest, so its honestly not a big deal. There can be street noise at night as there is a bar below in the street, and people walk by the street after parties. We had a huge noise one night at 4 AM, and nothing for the other days, again, not a big deal.
