Casa di Marinella

La ubicación, ubicado en una callesita ( carriggi ) típica de Génova, se puede recorrer toda Génova caminando Está en un palacio del año 1500 o 1600 muy antiguo, con muy poco mantenimiento ( una lástima ) hay que subir 3 tramos de escaleras ( lo indica en booking ) Tiene buena iluminación artificial (luces) ya que luz natural entra muy poca. Las fotos del apartamento están muy bien logradas.

Los muebles y la distribución de los mismos ( pero eso es subjetivo y cada uno puede tener su opinión) El colchón si, demasiado blando, ya estaría para una renovación.

Super little apartment offering everything you might need and the loaf of bread, coffee for the machine and bottled water very welcome. Thank you. Towels and bedding of a high quality. Super king sized bed. In a great location for train station and metro and very close to the historic centre. Streets uphill, horizontal and obviously downhill. These might hinder less able guests. Stairs to the apartment could also be a challenge but I am sure that the description of the property states that there is no lift. Lovely Carlo greeted us on our arrival with the keys and wi fi code. He spoke English so communication not a problem. Any problems, just message him he said but we didnt need to, it was perfect. No lounge area but that’s clearly stated in description. We would happily recommend.
