Appartement soigné et fonctionnel, beau standing. idéalement situé dans le cœur piéton de gènes à quelques minutes à pied de tout. Appartement très calme.

Appartement extrêmement humide lors de notre séjour. Malheureusement l'ascenseur était en panne. Mes les étages ne sont pas trop élevés.

Apartamento muito bem situado nas ruas típicas de Génova, perto de supermercados, restaurantes, monumentos e museus. Tem todas as comodidades para uma agradável estadia e uma decoração com muito bom gosto (o ar condicionado é fabuloso). O anfitrião é muito prestável e com boa comunicação.

Foi pena o elevador estar avariado, mas não influenciou em nada a nossa experiência.

Overall the room is excellent, clean and modern. The room and bathroom had everything you need. The hotel has a very good location in relation to attractions.

The hotel is called "Stylish apartment, 2 bedrooms, Elevator." The elevator did not work for a single day. The stairways are very steep and large, and when we informed the owner of this apartment, we received neither an apology for the inconvenience nor anything meaningful in return. But the biggest problem with this housing is the neighborhood in which it is located - an old town, small and narrow streets. Most likely, these streets are never cleaned, with a ghastly smell and all sorts of human faeces. I am not exagerating. This is an area of lodging for drug addicts and the homeless. Therefore, I would not advise to be there late at night, either alone or with children.
