Confused by inappropriate behaviour from staff, but the flat is good

The apartment was spacious with great sea views. It had more or less all you need for a short stay and air-conditioning, which in this season made all the difference.

1 - It's not clear in the location that the apartment is at the top of the hill and with hard access. I was walking, so it was a very challenging workout every time. It's also not so close to the centre and the beach. 2- I received an uncomfortable message from staff, flirtacious msg, at 22h on a Sunday. As a woman solo travelling, that was REALLY inappropriate. I felt insecure on the last 2 days in the stay due to that. So I advise everyone travelling: keep communication through Booking, I didn't and this happened. 3- The person who collected my cash payment was a kid...

The flat was fairly basic, but cosy, affordable and with really great views.

The flat had amazing views and it was nice to be able to watch movies in bed.

Before you head out to get your 4 litre bottles of water, consider that you'll have to take your groceries up a very steep hill, which personally (with my physical state) I could only manage a couple of times a day at best.

Great place but i had to keep getting taxis to drive me up the mountain streets which was extra unplanned costs as I did

The Apartment is nice and clean equipment in the kitchen and bathroom needs to be replaced though.

The location is not for the faint hearted or unfit. Best booked if you are renting a car or a scooter as it is up in the mountain. Also, the Address on Booking.com is quite misleading as the apartment isn’t on that street. They need to put the correct description please

Great appartement with very friendly owners

Very spacious room with a nice outdoor kitchen. We were on honeymoon and everyone tried their best to make it a special visit in Sarande. We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela.

Not necessarily a bad thing, but be aware that the appartement is high op the hill. For us from The Netherlands driving up there with a car was a challenge.

Perfect stay in Saranda

everything was just perfect. nice view from the balcony. we had a very good stay - thanks to the owners. you need to check for apartment Pamela in Google maps to find the location, not with the address in booking. also, the way up the hill is doable with a little rental car, but be careful: some of the roads with google maps are not for cars, use the bigger streets.

Spacious apartments located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, amazing views!

It’s a little far from the centre (but you’ll get anywhere within a 20 min walk), but the challenge without a vehicle is going up steep inclines

Right at the top of the hill, before booking in do consider your fitness level.

Amazing host very helpful and welcoming

Room was sparkling clean but bathroom wasn’t clean enough especially the basin area. Was expecting a sea view room perhaps I should requested for it in advanced, window view wasn’t pleasant . Location wise it was right at the top walking up and down was a big deal even though going for the local shops I had to climb up and down, if I had known it was right at the top hill I would not have booked it . Once again the host was super amazing.

Apartment is nice, comfortable, newly furniture, very very clean.. Hosts are amazing, very nice.. Especially girl Pamela, she is 9 and host you better them many adults.. It is house full of positive energy.

Only problem with apartment is road to house,so you have to drive carefully with normal car.. We had Skoda Octavia, and we menage it without any problem.... Not suitable for lower cars.. Also location is difficult to find on Google maps, because, roads are not good pointed..

Great place for digital nomads, a bit far from the centre

It's a clean and modern apartment with a balcony, kitchen and super good internet. The landlady came to pick me up and helped me with my backpacks. Sea view from the balcony.

The place is about 20 minutes on foot from the centre, on the top of a hill. If you come without car, it will be a proper workout to go up with your luggage.

the owners were very sweet, they offered us a ride till the port, and for every need we had. the place was new and furnished

4 people could not sleep in the same ap, one of the room had no window, no AC. and the location is one u cannot find in google map, it was very far away , and not what described in the location from the page

Even though we stayed just one day, it was one of our favorites properties.

Everything was amazing, the view the room was so beautiful. We were so close to the beach and the city center was only 10 min away. I am so happy with the hospitality and everything else. But what I liked the most is the cleanliness, the cleaning lady was so friendly and did not hesitate to help us with the cleaning at any time of the day. We are so grateful and we will come back for sure.

Piccolo e curato, un angolo di relax

Appartamento piccolo ma ben curato, con tutto il necessario. Host gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. La signora sempre sorridente, si fermava a fare due chiacchiere ogni volta che aveva occasione anche se non parlava italiano o inglese.

Άνετο δωματειο. θέα στην πόλη. Καλό κρεβάτι κοιμήθηκα άνετα. Σύγχρονη σχεδίαση. Πολύ καλή τιμή. Πάρκινγκ με τέντα. Ευγενικοι άνθρωποι.

Καχυποψία και πονηριά που με εκνευρισε. Μου στείλανε μήνυμα ότι δεχόμαστε μόνο μετρητά τις επόμενες ημέρες μετά την κράτηση χωρίς δικαίωμα ακύρωσης , παρότι στους όρους έγραφε η booking πληρώνω με κάρτα και με μετρητά.. Μου κρατήσανε εγγύηση στην καρτα ομως. Μόλις φτάσαμε ζητούσανε επίμονα να βγάλουν το διαβατήριο μας φωτογραφία αυτό είναι παράνομο είχανε μια καχυποψία απέναντι μας , θέλανε να τους πληρώσουμε όλη την διαμονή πριν ακόμα μπούμε στο δωματείο., Στην Ελλάδα πληρώνουμε στο τέλος όταν φευγουμε από το δωματειο, τους έδινα τα λεφτά προπληρωμή όλες τις ημέρες και δεν μου δίνανε απόδειξη. Μου λέγανε μην στεναχωριέσαι υπάρχουν κάμερες που μας καταγράφουν ότι λάβαμε τα λεφτα. Δηλαδή εμείς έπρεπε να τους έχουμε εμπιστοσύνη αυτοί όμως οχι εμάς. Αυτή η αλβανική πονηριά με εκνευρισε παρα πολύ. Τους έδωσα φωτογραφία τελικά χωρίς την θέληση μου το διαβατήριο., πουθενά δεν μου έχει συμβεί αυτό η booking έχει τα στοιχεία μου εάν υπήρχε πρόβλημα θα τα περνάνε από εκει. 4 διανυκτέρευσεις δεν έγινε καμία καθαριότητα και ζητησαμε πετσέτες την 3 ημέρα μας δώσανε και σεντονια τα στρωσαμε μόνοι μας . Εάν δεν υπήρχε ένας καλός άνθρωπος που μιλούσε ελληνικά στην περιοχή δεν θα βρίσκαμε ποτέ το δωματειο επάνω στα βράχια. Το gps σε πηγαίνει άλλου . Είναι πολύ επικίνδυνο σημείο να πάει αμάξι που δεν είναι 4χ4 πολύ δύσκολη πρόσβαση μπορεί να γίνει ατύχημα και ζημιά στο αμάξι έχει τεράστιες ανηφόρες με στροφές και κακό δρόμο. Το δωματειο δεν έχει την θέα που έχουν τα μπροστινά διαμερίσματα κοιτάει στο πλάι το βουνό αλλά βλέπει και την πόλη από ψιλά. Το πρωί μέχρι το μεσημέρι δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις στο μπαλκόνι έχει ήλιο πάντα και τρομερή ζεστή. Δεν έχει ντουλάπα να βάλεις ρούχα μόνο μια εσοχή με γυψοσανίδα να κρεμάσεις παντελόνια. Τα ρούχα τα είχαμε σε σάκους αναγκαστικά.. Δεν υπήρχε καλή επικοινωνία σε καμιά γλώσσα. . λίγα αγγλικά λίγα ελληνικά . Η τηλεόραση δεν έπιανε καθόλου σήμα όλες τις ημέρες και το ίντερνετ δεν είχε καλό σήμα..

Вид с балкона - это шикарно и превосходит все ожидания! Прекрасное апартаменты с красивым и дорогим ремонтом. Все чисто и аккуратно. Хозяева душевные люди, готовые всегда помочь! Мы получили огромное удовольствие от проживания! Нужно было чуть-чуть подыматься, но это для здоровья осень полезно!

Goedkoop en fijn appartement met uitstekende service!

Het balkon en veel natuurlijk licht. De veiligheid door bewakingscamera’s in de tuin was ook erg fijn.

Om bij het appartement te komen moesten we een hele steile heuvel op. Lopend erg zwaar, met scooter redelijk te doen, maar met auto het makkelijkst. ‘s Avonds zacht praten, want de andere gasten kunnen er last van hebben.

Es solo para ir en auto, la distancia a la playa es lejos para caminar y tenes que estar en forma o no llegas. El wifi es malo, no hay supermercado cerca

Описание соответствует действительности. На кухне можно готовить. Вся мебель новая. Чисто. Район тихий.

Найти расположение было не очень просто, тк на карте Гугл показывает не существующую дорогу. Теоретически можно заехать на машине, но мы не стали, тк дорога крутая. Но местные ездят. В итоге припарковались на соседней улице, поднимались с рюкзаками в горку. На кухне нет сковороды, возможно что-то другое ее заменяет, но я не стала напрягать хозяев по этому поводу. Матрас мягкий и тонкий, поэтому не очень удобный.
