Comfortable, quiet, clean, secure parking and wonderful host.

Wonderful location right at the end of Sarande in the old port area. Secured parking a bonus. The apartment was very clean and airy. I loved preparing breakfast outside with a seaview.. Awesome. Victoria was a great host making sure everything was OK for us. We appreciated the fresh fruit in the morning from their garden. Highly recommended. Comfortable mattress and a huge mirror to do my face in the morning 😍

Pefect and quiet place

Great appartment in the quiet place close to beaches, restorants and supermarkets. Very nice ovners, they gave us a lift from/to the bus station and treated us with fruits and homemade backery. I liked living in Kodra, the best place to stay in Saranda. I would deffinately reccoment this appartment for staying. If you want sea view take the appartment on the 2-nd floor (not ground)

Brilliant introduction to Sarandë

The hosts, victoria and her husband were extremely welcoming and very kind to us from the moment we arrived. They left fruit and homemade treats for us. They also kindly gave us lifts to the coach stop and ferry terminal. The apartment on the ground floor is large and spacious and very comfortable for relaxing in. The air con in both the lounge and bedroom is excellent. It took us around 20 mins to walk down to the town/marina and its a pretty flat too. We really enjoyed the walk and seeing all the lovely bar and restsurant options en route. Its very quiet and relaxing where the apartment is located and there are drinking and eating options very close by. It is also excellent value for money. We will definitely return when we go back to Sarandë.

Nothing, although one very minor thing a butter knife would be useful in the kitchen.

Wow, what a great stay. Victoria sent us clear directions to the apartment and was waiting when we arrived. The apartment was fresh and spotless. Really quiet location but still close to beaches and restaurants. Nice outdoor space. Victoria and her husband were fabulous hosts, sharing fruit and rakia with us and making us breakfast on the last day. Thanks Victoria.

Our stay was lovely, the apartment was neat and clean. Viktoria went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant and were available for whatever we needed. The view from our balcony was also amazing. We are definitely recommending this place, the area is also very nice, with many restaurants and stores around us.

An incredible experience at Kiri S Apartment

The apartment was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The highlight, of course, was the stunning sea view from the balcony – it was like having a private slice of paradise. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and various amenities. The host was also very welcoming and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Kiri S Apartment to anyone visiting Saranda for a memorable and relaxing vacation by the sea.

The apartments are really comfortable. It’s a walking distance from the port and the city center. Our host were really nice and helpful, they let us use the wash machine and give us some delicious local pancakes and cookies. We had a great time, feels like home.

A fantastic place for anybody willing to stay a little bit off the noise and crowd at night while having all what's necessary within a short walk, including the beaches, shops and restaurants. Very hospitable and friendly hosts and the apartment itself was super clean and the bed covering changed every few days. We even got the grapes, vegetables and wine from the hosts. Wouldn't think twice and booked again if I was to spend my holiday agian in Sarande.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The owners were very nice and helpful and the location was great (10 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the city centre).

Everything was great except the Internet connection. The wifi was very slow and sometimes did not connect at all.

Highly recommended. Very welcoming and friendly couple. They kept giving us something from they garden (grapes, cucumbers, rakija..). The rooms were clean. Location was a few minuts walk from the beach. We would like to stay again.

Great choice, perfect holiday and nice people!

TOP of the apartments I visited! Great place (quiet, wonderful views of the island of Corfu), excellent parking, well-equipped apartment, good wi-fi internet connection, cleaning and everything else! Absolutely perfect owners who were helpful, we tasted the local cuisine and felt at home! I highly recommend it if you want to feel the authentic nice and wonderful atmosphere of Albania!

Дуже доброзичливі та гостинні господарі♥️Тепло та душевно зустріли із смаколиками.Помешкання ідеально чисте,настільки доглянутих та чистих апартаментів я ще не зустрічала.Номер обладнано всім необхідним.Мінікухня наповнена .Техніка в чудовому стані.Є пральна машина,прасувальна дошка,праска.Номер з терасою з видом на море та острів Корфу.Достатньо місць для паркування(особливо важливо для Саранди).Ідеально для тихого сімейного відпочинку.Місце,в яке хочеться повернутися!

Un petit bijou pour votre séjour à Saranda !

Dans un quartier vraiment calme, avec quelques minimarkets et restaurants à proximité. Chambres spacieuses avec frigo et balcon ou terrasse. Un lave-linge récent est à disposition des clients. Excentré et donc à +/- 1,8 km du centre-ville d’où on peut prendre le bus à destination de Ksamil et Butrint (1,50 € ou 150 Leks par trajet). La ville est sur-bâtie mais plutôt agréable. Les hôtes, Victoria et Izzet sont d’une gentillesse infinie, même s’ils ne s’expriment qu’en albanais (un bon traducteur sur smartphone fait l’affaire !).

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, ci ha offerto frutta e dolci. L’appartamento è molto vicino alla spiaggia (sconsigliata però per bambini). Comodo il parcheggio interno, a Saranda è praticamente impossibile parcheggiare per strada. Presenza di molti locali nelle vicinanze.

Skøn lille perle

Skønne værter som driver denne fine bolig. Værter var så søde og gæstfrie på trods af sprogbarriere og var venlige til at køre os til bussen da vi skulle videre til Tirana. Værelset havde alt man skulle bruge inkl. aircondition og altanen var skøn med køkken og havudsigt! Dejligt at lejligheden ligger lidt afstand fra centrum, da der i dette område er mere roligt og mindre turistet - dog stadig med Caféer, butikker og restauranter tæt på

L’appartement 🥰un havre de paix Propre , très bien équipé , clim, une vraie cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner !!! Une machine à laver , place de parking etc Vue imprenable sur la mer en optant pour un appartement à l’étage . Proche de toutes les commodités Saranda est une ville touristique avec mer, plages privées avec transats ou publiques , resto, boutiques et Ksamil à 10 kms Les patrons adorables 😘 Ils sont aux petits soins avec leurs convives , tout me manque déjà 😪 Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Première expérience en Albanie , nous avons adorés tellement ils sont gentils , calment , le sud la Riviera est de toute beauté ❤️❤️❤️

Ruim appartement in rustig gelegen wijk. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Parkeerplaats op terrein. Heel aardige host die geregeld zelfgemaakt lekkers kwam brengen. Wij vonden ook de hidden lounch met perfect zeezicht erg leuk.

Alles was prima maar we hebben twee suggesties, een waterkoker en lichtschakelaar bij het bed.

Die Eigentümerin war freundlich und bemüht, Probleme sofort zu lösen. Nettes Appartement am Rand von Saranda. Private Strände in der Nähe

Die Beschreibung bei booking ist total übertrieben. Es gibt eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Einen Ofen hatten wir nicht im Appartement, im Hof keine Grill- oder Feuerstelle. Die Aussicht vom Appartement mit Terasse ist einfach der Hof, fertig. Es gibt nur ein Bad mit WC, kein zusätzliches WC. Es gibt kein Bidet. Kein Duschvorhang, daher immer das ganze Bad nass. Die Küche ist eher für Frühstück als zum Essen zuzubereiten. Dafür fehlt es an allem möglichen Zubehör.
