Wat een uitzicht! Je zit direct aan de boulevard. Parkeren onder het appartementencomplex.

Tweede badkamer (de douche) is een beetje klein, maar die hebben wij alleen gebruikt voor het tweede toilet en wastafel.

Location was good

Difficult check in with a €300 deposit required via bank transfer 24 hours before. Lack of information around this and directions into property were convoluted. A bit rough around the edges but ok for a long weekend

The location and view

There isn’t a proper shower, small shower room is unusable. Main bedroom is great but other two are tiny and don’t have air conditioning.

Fabulous first-line position with 180 degree sea views from a very large balcony, pleasant covered balcony area with sea views for the colder months, Spacious main living area. Main bedroom very nice. Common areas were ok. Free bottle of wine / little toiletries appreciated. The 'key lady' (Coletta?) was pleasant and helpful.

As previous reviews have mentioned the apartment is in dire need now of some investment / a makeover, looks like no-one has maintained anything for years! No sockets behind the kitchen worktop, damaged doors, wires hanging out. Lots of re-painting required, stained sofa, items in kitchen cupboards grubby. Main bathroom sink almost blocked, shower holder was broken (I bought a screwdriver for 2 euros and fixed it), shower seal horribly discoloured / grubby. It says "2 bathrooms" but it isn't, it's one bathroom and separate loo (this does have a 'shower' in it but it's completely unusable!). Water heater and kettle both plugged into one double extension lead in the utility room, definitely overloaded if both were on at once. Don't get me wrong, it's not awful just very tired and well below modern expectations, could be really lovely with a little bit of investment, time and effort. We enjoyed our stay (myself and my son) and we had a nice holiday here but I know that my partner wouldn't have been happy if she'd been with us!
