The cottage was well equipped clean and the hot tub was amazing after a long day in lake Windermere.
Booked the cottage for my fiancé's 40th birthday treat he loved it. We will be booking again.

Beautiful cottage done to a very high standard & the hot tub/ decking area was perfect
The sofa wasn’t comfy
Nothing around cottage as pub is only open wed - Sunday but we came prepared with food etc

Lovely cottage with great facilities. Had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of nights.
The only thing we could recommend is a stairgate or stairboard at bottom of stairs to stop any paws wandering off upstairs on their own up 😊

The hot tub was lovely and clean. The area was nice and quiet.
The cleanliness, pots and trays were disgusting, everything had to be washed before use and I don't think the oven had been cleaned before! No basic welcome pack as milk was out of date and coffee was dried to the bottom of the jar. We had numerous complaints about this property and communication from the owner was OK at first then they went silent! Total disrespect for their customers! I would add more photos if i could. We had problems with hot water and electrics also while we were there. This is not luxury and not what I would expect after paying so much for a property, we will never visit again.
