Some really nice parts of our stay, lovely and clean and a lot of attention to detail, but let down by the living area.

The bathroom was amazing Hot tub a very nice addition to our stay Log burned made the cottage nice and warm.

The living area didn’t seem to be set out quite right, the sofa wasn’t comfortable and wasn’t big enough for 2 to relax on. The cushions kept falling off. Hubby had to sit at the dining table for the whole of our 4 night stay. The TV is too high on the wall, you end up with a cricked neck. Personally I feel it would be better with an L shaped sofa on the opposite wall and the tv on a unit by the window, table and chairs in the kitchen. Sitting on the sofa as it is looking at the utility area doesn’t make for a cosy atmosphere for a 4 night Christmas break.

Absolutely fantastic, would love to come back and do a longer stay that I had.

Myself and my partner absolutely loved the location of the cottage. The views in the local quart walk just up the road was absolutely outstanding. The homeliness you felt when stepping in the door was really comforting as well made it even better. Hot tub was really nice as well considering weather was a little colder it was a really nice way to chill out in the evening and feel the cold breeze on yourself while being in a big warm bath almost.

The odd bits like the toilet seat was broken when we arrived and the walls could have done with a fresh bit of paint. But what can I say it’s a lovely little cottage that can’t always be perfect.

Wonderful Stay at Rose Cottage

We had a fantastic stay at Rose Cottage! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location is lovely — peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved that it’s dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The hot tub was a great bonus and a perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Would definitely recommend

I liked how everything you needed & more was in the property they have absolutely thought of everything we really enjoyed our stay at rose cottage was really nice location was great not so good if you dont have a car, the cottage is lovely the hot tub is a lovely added extra bonus! Very good vaule for money worth every penny!

Few cob webs in obvious places, the bed wasnt very comfortable.(personal preference sorry)

Not a good stay!

The hot tub was lovely and clean. The area was nice and quiet.

The cleanliness, pots and trays were disgusting, everything had to be washed before use and I don't think the oven had been cleaned before! No basic welcome pack as milk was out of date and coffee was dried to the bottom of the jar. We had numerous complaints about this property and communication from the owner was OK at first then they went silent! Total disrespect for their customers! I would add more photos if i could. We had problems with hot water and electrics also while we were there. This is not luxury and not what I would expect after paying so much for a property, we will never visit again.

Lovely cottage

Lovely little cottage, everything we needed. Nicely decorated and space thought out well. Local pub was also lovely - punch bowl for Sunday lunch. The hot tub is a lovely little extra, too. Relaxing and very quiet area.

Lovely apartment

Lovely place to stay. Close enough to any shops you'd need. The apartment had all the essentials, it was spotless, hot tub was lovely, and the fire had plenty of coal and lighter fuel. Would definitely go back in the future.

Only issue we had was that the radiators could be difficult to turn on sometimes. Some of them worked fine, and others were unresponsive, but we got there in the end.

Lovely stay at the cottage

Easy access as key code lovely location people round friendly and the pub was lovely . Ideal having the hot tub , was very hot though so we only used once as husbands dialysis water protection pealed with the heat . Accommodation very nice and modern

Found the bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly as wiped water off floor and the towel was filthy after . No throws as it says in the brochure which would have been handy for the dog to lie on sofa save us using the one off the bed .needed coffee pods too as advertised . Not much about so we hadto drive everywhere .

Very tranquil relaxing romantic break that is a unique place to stay.

Me and my partner loved our time away, just what we were needing. Would highly recommend this is a very tranquil setting and good place to go to unwind but enjoy some romantic time together. You are pretty central to get to shops a 6minute drive which is ideal. We even traveled down to black pool and Liverpool was honestly the best break we have been on beats going abroad. We have rebooked this stay for next year we loved it that much.

I loved everything, only thing would be I wish a later check out was an option.

We both loved our stay at Rose Cottage, a short drive to the nearest town and absolutely beautiful coastlines. Will defi

High quality kitchen appliances plus a washer and dryer, it’s a home from home. Hot tub lovely, bathroom fantastic, loved the bath and TV plus the mirror has a speaker to play your music via Bluetooth. Lovely log fire, would be great in winter. Lovely little touches like washing tablets for dishwasher/washing machine. Loved the fan in bedroom, was a must as it was a really warm weekend. Secluded location and a stones throw away from the pub.

Luxury in the Lakes

Outside area was brilliant and hot tub Location was good as well a very short walk to local pub

WiFi wasn't working and there's almost no phone signal. There were no instructions for any appliances which wouldn't have been much bother if WiFi had been available ,trying to use an induction hob for the first time was challenging

Idyllic New Year’s getaway

Lovely location. Very quiet but close to a pub, country walks and two beaches within easy driving distance. Property was very clean, comfortable and had tasteful decor (especially loved the bathroom!). The hosts had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing.
