Luxurious Cottage with hot tub, Lake District

Beautiful cottage in a lovely little village, great place to get away and see nature with your dogs. Pub across the road does food pretty much all day and the Sunday lunch was superb. Friendly and helpful locals that let us in on the local dog walks where we could let our boys off lead.

Due to the nature of the cottage the living room is small so couldn’t really lay back and relax in there but had no bearing on our experience as we spent a lot of time enjoying the countryside.

Cosy clean plus the hot tub

The property was spot on

The hot tub was lovely and clean. The area was nice and quiet.

The cleanliness, pots and trays were disgusting, everything had to be washed before use and I don't think the oven had been cleaned before! No basic welcome pack as milk was out of date and coffee was dried to the bottom of the jar. We had numerous complaints about this property and communication from the owner was OK at first then they went silent! Total disrespect for their customers! I would add more photos if i could. We had problems with hot water and electrics also while we were there. This is not luxury and not what I would expect after paying so much for a property, we will never visit again.
