Nice house with large room.
We chose this place because it was out of town, so it wouldn't be too nosy for our small children on new years eve.
On arriving, the owner told us they were having a family party that night! The music was so loud we had to complain twice before they turned it down!
If you wish to host a private party, don't make your rooms available to the public.
