About this house rental
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, grocery stores, trail heads and bike/jeep rental locations. Very comfortable guest quarters in which to unwind after your day's activities. Quest quarters are attached to the house I live in. Efficiency kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, hot plate and microwave. It is suitable for preparing simple meals. Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and cooking utensils. Several eateries are within a 5 minute walk. Multiple restaurants and 4 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive.
Your private entry is glass French doors at the end of the driveway. Entry door will have your private code so you won't have to keep track of keys.
Front patio area is available so you can enjoy hummingbird visitors and the gorgeous Sedona stars and sky.

Cleaning is done using Norwex products - which are infused with silver - so surfaces are disinfected while they are cleaned without additional cleaning agents. The Norwex mat inside the door catches toxins carried from outside. Air is filtered by Aerus Air Purifier which uses NASA Technology for eliminating toxins. Young Living soaps and essential oil products are also used.

This is a lovely attached garage conversion into a casita. Quiet neighborhood. Near to the main street into Sedona proper but without the noise of traffic. King bed, small kitchen with full size refrigerator. hot plate, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The owner has provided portable lounge chairs, cooler and umbrellas for picnics. This is a dark sky area and there are chairs outside for sky viewing.The unit is attached to the main house with locked double doors which allows for sound and smells to go from the main house and casita back and forth. That is drawback. There are no public chargers for electric vehicles in Sedona. Advise the owner is you wish to plug in during your stay.
