Хорошее местоположение и прекрасный вид на море. В квартире есть все необходимые удобства.
Ночью шумновато спать, так как рядом много зон для отдыха. Могут быть долгие очереди у лифта. Кран в ванной практически не закреплен, кнопка слива в унитазе залипает
