Отличное местоположение - пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, множество разных магазинов вокруг, Батуми Мол рядом.
Хорошая звукоизоляция квартиры.
Мощный кондиционер, который хватает и на гостинную, и на 2 спальни.
Доступ к закрытому паркингу во дворе, правда не всегда возможно найти место.
Супер гостеприимный хозяин Бека, всегда готов помочь, отвечает на любые вопросы и до приезда, и во время проживания.
Неприятный запах из трапа.
Сломанное крепление душа, приходилось держать душ в одной руке.

Понравилось всё, очень уютная,чистая,комфортная квартира, расположение отличное, пять минут до набережной,хорошие ответственные хозяева квартиры, спасибо большое за гостеприимство)
