Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica, blisko restauracje, sklep spożywczy, stacja metra. Przestronne mieszkanie, idealne dla rodzin 2+2.

Miły pan na portierni. Winda.
Problemy z włączenie ogrzewania i ciepłej wody . Finalnie udało się włączyć ciepłą wodę ale ogrzewanie nie działo - przy temperaturze poniżej 10 stopni można nieźle zmarznąć - musieliśmy włączyć klimatyzację żeby było ciepło- swoją drogą brudna i śmierdząca . Światło na foto komurke osoba śpiąca w dużym pokoju jak się tylko ruszyła uruchamiała światło w przedpokoju o oświetla cały pokój nie dało się spać - to samo w łazience - dłuższy prysznic powodował wyłączenie światła i trzeba było wychodzić i poruszać się w łazience aby się zapaliło. - kabina prysznicowa strasznie ciasna ledwo wchodzi tam dorosła szczupła osoba. Brak środków czystości - płynu do mycia naczyń kapsułek do zmywarki. Brudne zasłony. Obiekt ewidentnie zaniedbany - ciężko chodzące drzwi - problemy z włączeniem klimatyzacji. Poniszczona podłoga - brudne ściany.
