Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for up to six guests in a home that's been thoughtfully renovated with farmhouse character and modern comforts. Every room is uniquely furnished with cozy, country-inspired touches that feel intentional, not generic.

Air hockey, foosball, Pop-A-Shot arcade basketball, and a commercial-grade arcade machine loaded with classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Galaxia. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late night after a long day out, the game room delivers.

Thirteen acres of Texas land means space to roam, relax, and actually disconnect. There's a fire pit on the property for evening hangs (guests bring their own firewood), and the surrounding landscape gives the whole stay a genuine sense of seclusion you just don't find at most vacation rentals.

You're close to more than just Magnolia and downtown. Lake Waco, local golf courses, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Homestead Heritage, and the Brazos and Bosque Rivers are all nearby. There's no shortage of ways to fill your days.

Excellent property with a game room, hot tub and most importantly comfortable beds!! House is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Host was very attentive and fixed a minor problem we had within minutes. Book it!!!

We had our book club retreat here and couldn’t be happier about booking the Farmhouse. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. The house is beautifully done and well maintained. We enjoyed our afternoons reading by the fire pit. It was such a relaxing, cozy weekend. I cannot recommend this property enough. Everything is well-stocked from the kitchen to the coffee bar to the bathrooms. You can see the pride the owners take in this property and you don’t always find that in a VRBO. Thank you guys so much for making these 3 moms weekend in Waco so comfortable.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place. Loved all the attention to details. Enjoyed the jacuzzi , game room and rocking chairs. Enjoyed long walks in the country. Our host responded promptly. Can’t wait to come back again.

The house was exactly we wanted. There was plenty of room to relax. We had family of all ages coming by to congratulate the graduate and everyone who came by enjoyed their time. The house had something to offer everyone; from relaxing on the rocking chairs on the porch to playing games in the game room. It was fun for all!! Thank you
