We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and plenty of bedrooms for our group. It does need a hair dryer as we couldn’t find one. The neighborhood is nice and we felt very safe.

I booked this property for my mother’s 85th birthday celebration. The home is located in a quiet community with friendly neighbors. The home was spacious enough for the attendees and didn’t feel cramped at all. Great outdoor area too with a huge backyard. There was ample firewood provided for the fireplace and the fire pit was ready to go. Upon leaving my mother said “We may see you again”! Great time had by all!

We loved our stay in Waco at this comfortable, darling farmhouse. It was my husband and I, our 5 adult children and our 2 year old granddaughter. We were in town for Baylor University Graduation. It was perfect. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the University, downtown Waco, etc. it is so comfortable, and has everything you need. The grounds are massive and it was perfect for the grandparents to come back for lunch after graduation. The host is lovely and so easy going…we will definitely be back!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this cute VRBO!

The house was a great layout for a rental! Rooms were big and separated for privacy purposes. Beds were ALL extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all you need. Melissa was very accessible at all times. I would highly recommend this house!

Vrbo is not to us so when I say this is the best place ever, I meant it. We were there for my niece Baylor graduation. Place had enough space for our big family but the nice size back yard gave ample roam for outside games! You couldn’t even tell there were neighbors .

This property is beautiful. If you like the outdoors this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the country feeling and of course the ever so loving cats. Perfect Military Family Getaway!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6! There was plenty of room to be together and also spread out. The house and land is beautiful and perfectly situated outside of town with the country feel and still close to all of the great Waco attractions! We visited the Dr Pepper Museum, the Magnolia Silos and did the Fixer Upper Tour all while being able to come “home” to this well appointed, stocked, family oasis! We wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone coming to Waco and will certainly be back!

What a wonderful home for our week-long visit to Waco! The property was clean and comfortable for all 7 of us. We especially enjoyed the huge backyard! A genuine "home away" from home

I needed a place to get ready for my wedding and for my family to relax before their drive home afterward. We were going to elope but ended up with extra guests and I wanted a location close to my venue with enough space. I found it! Melissa's place is not only beautiful but, it is very spacious and it has everything you may need. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to hang out without being crowded in one small area. There were 3 bathrooms for me and my guests to ready in which is very helpful on a wedding day. Next time I have to travel to Waco I hope this home is available for booking. This is great place to stay and I can't thank Melissa enough.

Great size house

The house was lovely and the backyard was huge. Our dogs were so happy but I didn’t realize the backyard was not fenced so that caused a little problem. While the master was lovely, there was no place to hang out clothes because the master closet was locked. The house was just far enough away from the traffic so that you could relax but only a 13 min drive to the Silos.

Wonderful stay. Thank you! The grounds are gorgeous - pictures don't do it justice. Trails behind the property lead to a beautiful wildflower patch. Interior is lovely - clearly lovingly decorated. Beds were super comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive to questions.

Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for kids to run around on the huge lot. House was as described and very comfortable. Will be staying here again the next time we are in Waco.
