Large and beautiful authentic farmhouse carefully restored enjoying a green and very sunny setting, facing the river Chassezac 3 kms from Les Vans and 300 m from the beach of Nassier on the Chassezac.
The house is composed of a first floor with a large fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with a beautiful and functional stone fireplace, a toilet, a reading or games room with its sofa convertible into a 160X200 cm bed which opens directly onto the lawn.
Upstairs "sleeping area", on the landing a separate toilet, 3 bedrooms:
A large master suite with parquet floor, equipped with a 160X200 cm bed and a rustic wardrobe and a large wall cupboard. This bedroom opens onto a terrace offering a beautiful view of the emblematic mountain of the Serre de Barre sector. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and a private bathroom.
In the pink room you will find a single bed with a second bed in the drawer! .
Its dresser will allow storage. Its small desk will accommodate the pleasure of writing or reading!.
The blue room, with 2 twin beds of 90X190 cm, has a panoramic view of the Serre de Barre. It is equipped with a shower room and storage space.
Our exterior is embellished with a rest room ideal for an aperitif with its barbecue, the deckchairs will allow you to appreciate the calm of the place and its 300 days of sunshine.
A small, fully equipped studio, with an African atmosphere, adjoining the house can only be occupied by your guests (possibility of 2 additional beds). The conditions of this option are visible on the ad.
A carport for 2 cars is attached to the house.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of €150 will be requested on arrival.
