This villa, situated in a quiet location, can accommodate 10 people. The infinity pool offers a stunning view of vineyards, mountain slopes, and an olive grove....
There is also a large sun terrace and a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ.
On the first floor, there is a beautifully furnished kitchen with an American-style refrigerator and ice crusher, a large dining area, and an adjoining cozy sitting area that opens onto a large covered outdoor terrace. One bedroom with a 160x200 box spring and an ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower and sink). Separate toilet.
On the upper floor, there is a separate toilet and a large bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sink. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double box spring bed; one room also has a bunk bed, and two of the rooms are equipped with a sink.
The box spring beds measure 160 x 200; all bedrooms have air conditioning.
The home has Wi-Fi and TV Vlaanderen.
There is a lockable bike shed/storage room with a washing machine.
Pets are not allowed.
During the high season (July and August), the property can only be rented together with the adjacent cottage. Outside of high season, it can be rented separately, but you may have to share the pool with guests staying in the gite.
There is no charging station for electric or hybrid cars at the property.
