New (2019) modern and comfortable villa, very spacious with its 185m2, it is ideally located in the peaceful hamlet of Luminières in the town of Les Salèlles. The setting is green, and the view is breathtaking on the Serre de Barre mountain.
From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. A second covered terrace is also available for you to have lunch in the shade. Lying on a lounge chair, while sipping a glass of chilled rosé, you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings, the sun and the crickets chirping in the background.
A few kilometers from Les Vans, if you are tired of moments of relaxation, you can also visit one of the many beautiful cities and charming villages of the Ardèche or take a stroll through the magnificent surroundings. Don't forget to leave early in the morning, as temperatures can rise quickly in summer!
