About this villa rental
Charming, isolated, 32 ares 2 completely independent dwellings for 8 people, on one level, equipped with all comforts on the edge of the village of Saint-Pierre le Déchausselat.
Ideal with friends or family, living together while keeping your privacy
The swimming pool is private and out of sight available from May 10 to the end of September.
The whole surrounded by numerous shaded or sunny terraces with exceptional views.
In summer, the cicadas will be there

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
A cellar with washing machine and large umbrella dryer is available to store your groceries in the fridge and your bulky personal items.
The exterior and interior are level and accessible to people with reduced mobility (no steps).
The swimming pool and all the terraces are connected by landscaped paths (concrete or tiled).
Other remarks
We do not provide bed and household linen.
Electric car charging is not allowed (see house rules)
You can rent the house alone outside the months of July and August and you will be able to enjoy the whole property.
Also the swimming pool (unheated) from 10 May to the end of September).
The other accommodation will not be occupied during this period.
The house and the pavilion can Be rented separately outside of July -August and will not be rented to two different tenants at the same time.
You access the large courtyard via a private road that goes up to the house.
The property also joins the road that goes up to the church by another private road.
We are not on site, you will be at home, you will find the keys in a secure box,
You will be quiet, a little away from a path only frequented by a few local residents.
No need to take your car to undertake marked walks, the path passes just under the entrance driveway.
