Location, price, cleanliness, all good grades across the board.
We could’ve used more of the extras… such as extra pillows, extra pillow cases. I couldn’t tell if the pool was heated, nor could I find where to turn on the heater (not that big of deal)

Everything the location was very nice to everything I need to go to. Love all the natural light you get
The lights in the kitchen and dinning room was very dull especially at night and no lights around the pool area when it got dark.

I loved the location, very quiet and beautiful. The house itself is beautiful as well especially the backyard with the pool, I loved the lush plants surrounding it and providing privacy.
Some of the furniture in the house were very worn out.

The owner was very responsive to emails and supplied a Christmas tree during our Christmas stay. Owner brought kitchen towels, wash rags, cutlery, and a new a/c filter (which we installed) after our requests. The pool, once it was heated and actually cleaned.
Before arriving at the property, the owner informed us that the pool heater may need to be turned on. Upon arrival, the pool was only 65 degrees, along with a gutter falling off the house. We tried to turn the pool heater on, but it failed right away. We found the pool pump off and turned it on, but there were still flow issues. After trying to troubleshoot the issues with the owner over the phone, he finally stopped by on day 3. By day 4 the pool was warm enough to swim in. Once in the pool, we discovered there were a bunch of tiny bugs in the pool, likely sitting on the bottom of the pool from the pump being off. We tried to clean them out, but the mesh cleaning tool we had wasn’t fine enough to remove them. We contacted the owner again and he offered to give us a refund for the remainder of our stay, but it was 2 days before Christmas! The pool, which was the biggest attraction, was our biggest frustration.
Also, the house was not cleaned or maintained well and was missing several essentials needed for staying, including kitchen towels, wash rags, and cooking essentials. Bathroom sink had no hot water, found it turned off under sink. House A/C didn't work well, found filter completely plugged. In the master bedroom there was a shelf falling above the bed (not fixed), along with a very squeaky bed frame (this made it very hard to have a good night’s sleep). All these issues could have been easily fixed before our stay, not during it.
