Location, price, cleanliness, all good grades across the board.
We could’ve used more of the extras… such as extra pillows, extra pillow cases. I couldn’t tell if the pool was heated, nor could I find where to turn on the heater (not that big of deal)

Store in the area were close for what I needed.
The property appeared somewhat vacant and lacked any features that enhanced its overall appearance. Only one key was provided, and having a second would have been more convenient. There was also an odor in the house upon arrival.
I made sure to document minor damages that were already present to avoid any confusion about responsibility. Additionally, I felt the pool could have been cleaned prior to our stay, as it did not seem ready for use—we ended up not using it at all.
