Sweet Summer Home!!! Excellent location!!! Very peaceful neighborhood . Close to everything. 8min to the Beach . 2min to North + South I95, 5min to PVK Stadium, 2min to Florida Tri-Rail and Buses. 4min away from Restaurants and Shopping Stores, 15min to FTL Airport . 12min to Las Olas Beach Downtown, 20 min to Hard Rock Café , 20min to Sawgrass Mall, Excellent for big family ! great for a relaxing and get away.
