Convenience and price
Even though there was good security, we saw quite a few persons wandering the lobby and hallways in their robes, pajamas, and slippers. Also with their dogs. They looked like they were living there long-term.
Also, the floors above us were rather loud as where the hallways. Throughout the night.

Nice front desk personnel
I was very disappointed because the blankets didn't appear to be very clean and had a slight order to them, like old tobacco, also the sheets literally had human hair stuck on them which really disgusted me. I normally would bring my on sheets, but neglected to do it this time. I definitely won't make that mistake again.
