The house is big, plenty of space for 2 families, about 800 m from the beach (beware, you have to climb a small slope to the beach). The yard is also big, with a table and chairs and also parking spot for two cars. There is AC in the upper bedrooms and the terrace upstairs is wonderful, also the upstairs bathroom is quite big and has a dishwasher. At the floor level there is an AC in the kitchen, but the bedroom is very close so you benefit from the cool air there too. The living is open-space with the kitchen and we had everything we needed. Overall, the house is great, our dog was welcomed, he even became friends in the end with the owner's dog, which is very nice and quiet, he just guards the house all the time :) I definitely recommend it!
Wi/Fi a bit slow, but it's like that everywhere in Greece :)
