The apartment has a potential, but the above listed remarks should be considered and resolved

The host was very friendly, available, helpful and responsive. The apartment was very clean, spacious and majority of the interior was a brand new. Easy parking. Plenty of the equipment was available. The nearest beach is not more than 50m away. The restaurants, beach bars and the supermarket (almost within the same building) are close to the apartment.

Although, I think the apartment really is value for money, there are several things that are not acceptable: - the double bed in the bedroom is among the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept. It seems like every breath causes loud creaking. Further the size of the bed is close to single bad, so two common adult person can not fit in. - the shower has the strange end so the water flow is pretty weak and it is a serious challenge to take a bath. - the neighborhood of the apartment is something we didn't like. The building was, I dare to say, not constructed in the proper way. You can hear everything from the neighbors and unfortunately we heard the noise every day until 10:30 PM. Further, you have to pass a kind of small channel (no water in it) in order to enter the main street of the town as the apartment is located in the very beginning/end of the Nea Plagia.
