Centre of town. Comfortable elegant interesting property.
It is a lovely place. And I realise that comes with planning restrictions. The electric heating is good but not as good as a log burner stove or central heating.

Owner went way beyond with supplies & gifts.
Truly amazing property, easy parking nearby and stones throw from dog friendly part of beach in Southwold.
Noise from shop below ie banging door or whatever they were doing, which vibrated through floorboards. We only noticed when we couldn’t go out for whole day due to weather. So loud made dog bark & had to turn up volume on TV.

Was beautifully decorated and fully equipped.
Shame about the bath tub, great looking bathroom but a shower would be much easier.

Wonderful quirky cottage, great location and lovely hosts left us some nice goodies
Parking is a little bit of a pain but it’s summer in Southwold so was expected
$$$$
