Location. So close to High Street and beach. Overlooks beautiful St Bartholomew’s Church and green. Very comfortable bed.
Bathrooms a bit dated. Was not aware that dogs not permitted upstairs or allowed to be left on their own in the property until we had arrived and it was stated in Guest Handbook.

Location was perfect. Just behind the main high street and a couple of minutes walk to the sea. Location wise it was perfect! just a step away from everything.
One bathroom is downstairs and one is off bedroom 2 and 3. if you are in bedroom 3 you have to walk through bedroom 2 to access it. Everything was comfortable for our stay though.
