Perfect for Stade de France, easy connect to Paris center

Really easy and smooth check-in. Flat arrangement, although strange initial stairs flight, is good, all utils needed, comfy sofa, warm enough and 10min away from RER B to go everywhere. Perfect for Stade de France event, lovely to return by walking :-) Less than 10min away there is mini-market and boulangerie, up to noon time on Sundays.

The need of closing downstairs door with key, from inside, and having only 1 set of keys. When leaving only some of us, we either get others locked in or cannot return separately.... But it can be managed. Neighbourhood is not for solo travellers, but is fair, under renovation with Stade de France and offices buildings.

Very comfortable and a modern flat with great communication from the owner and very close to trains.

Easy access to the property and very good communication from the owner. Very clean and comfortable. Air con an added bonus as it was warm.

The area is a little bit run down and seems a bit unsafe to walk at night. Area not very nice to look at with some dodgy characters hanging around. Would not feel safe if I wasn't in a group or couple.

Лояльність власника до раннього заселення.

Брудні, занедбані апартаменти. Брудна постіль вся в плямах, диван в холі ніколи не бачив чистки! На дивані мала спати дівчина, а на нього навіть бридко дивитися. Ми змушені були покинути апартаменти розраховуючи на часткове повернення коштів, але власник ще й хамив. Він потім писав, що приїхав замінити постіль, але апартаменти бажають комплексної чистки. Обмеження по використанню води, про що не було вказано заздалегідь! Подорож для самих дівчат без чоловіків може насторожити.

Det var inte välstädat till exempel det var dammigt under soffan och sängar samt soffan hade mycket bläck. De behöver tvättas, handfaten till toaletten var smutsigt. Tv’n fungerade och Wi-Fi i två dagar

Très bien. Repond a nos attentes

Très proche du stade de France! Adresse a retenir! Car très pratique proche RER et Métro. Quartier calme et qqs commerces pas trop loin. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Bien équipé. Prix raisonnable. Juste on a entendu les voisins mais à des heures normale donc pas de soucis.
