Apartament ze wspaniałym widokiem na port i na miasto. Dwa balkony. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Miła i kompetentna Pani Patrycja która nas przyjęła, oprowadziła i podpowiedziała ci można zobaczyć I zwiedzić.

Widok na dwie strony Gdyni. Aranżacja i wykończenie apartamentu wysokiej klasy.
Brak przygotowanych pościeli na dwóch łóżkach w sypialni. Dwa nieszczelne okna, jedno w sypialni, drugie w łazience. Odpadająca listwa w kuchni. Beznadziejny prysznic z usterką jak na taką klasę apartamentu. Za małe miejsce parkingowe.

układ mieszkania korzystny kuchnia zaopatrzona w wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty widok ok
główną bolączką tego apartamentu był brak ciepłej wody!!!! bez względu na porę dnia i nocy. wynajmowaliśmy mieszkanie na 13 piętrze w 18-sto piętrowym budynku - ciepła woda po prostu nie dochodziła na wyżej wymienione piętro- pomimo zgłoszeń do opiekuna apartamentu brak chęci załatwienia sprawy wiec po dwóch dniach już nawet nie dzwoniliśmy czystość kanap pozostawia wiele do życzenia i rozlatujące się krzesła plus stolik balkonowy zdjęcia mieszkania z momentu oddania do użytku czystość apartamentu niestety ale 6/10
