Lokalizacja jest super, miejsce wspaniałe jako punkt wypadowy. Apartament ma okna od lądu (9 piętro), ale widok na Gdynię też jest wspaniały, Sypialnia dość wygodna. Salon duży, mnóstwo miejsca, narożne, duże okno, widno i przyjemnie. W nocy jest cisza i spokój, można wypocząć.
Brak ekspresu do kawy (na takie miejsce to wręcz dziwne, że nie było, to już teraz standard wszędzie prawie..), patelni (nie ma na czym zrobić jajecznicy...) i elementarnych rzeczy jak np. w kuchni brak ścierki do naczyń, czy brak w łazience ręczników do rąk. No i w salonie to rozkładane łóżko prosi się o wymianę, skrzypi koszmarnie... jest to już po prostu śmieć. Ogólnie apartamentowi przydałoby się odświeżenie, bo jest znacznie już podniszczony. Brak rolet lub zasłon w salonie (przy upałach to koszmar pewnie tam wytrzymać, powinna być możliwość przyciemnienia, tym bardziej, że to pomieszczenie, w którym również się śpi).
