Spacious apartments, near the central pedestrian street. Staircase with code lock. Large shower cabin.

Squeaky floors. The bathroom is separated from the kitchen by a partition that does not reach the ceiling, everything in the kitchen can be heard perfectly, the door to the bathroom slides with difficulty.One bedroom is not on the railway side, but it is also noisy. It was allowed to store bicycles in the basement, but where exactly the administrator could not explain, we received dissatisfaction from the residents. Did not explain where to find an additional set of bedding.The cleanliness is questionable, I found a medical mask and some other belongings of former guests under the cupboard.

Bardzo duży apartament, wyposażenie i czystość na plus.

Niestety brak zapewnionego parkingu. Parking przy drodze płatny w parkomacie o ile akurat będzie wolne miejsce- a jako iż apartament znajduje się blisko Monciaka, ruch duży. Jeżeli go nie ma niestety poszukiwania na własną rękę i spory kawałek trzeba dojść.

Dobrze zlokalizowania kamienica. Mimo bliskości linii kolejowej było cicho i nie utrudniało to spania. Fajny podział pomieszczeń i lokalizacji miejsc do spania. Winda w kamienicy.

Brak przypisanego do mieszkania miejsca parkingowego - mieszkańcy kamienicy korzystali z podwórka, do którego my nie mieliśmy dostępni (to byłaby super opcja bo parkowanie przy ulicy jest płatne 9-22). Przydałyby się podstawowe kosmetyki (mydło do rąk to za mało).

Bliską odległość do Molo (5 minut spacerem), miejsca parkingowe dostępne w dużej ilości (płatne przy drodze i darmowe jak komuś uda się znaleźć na podwórku), wielkość i czystość apartamentu.

Mam mieszane uczucia co do komfortu apartamentu, najlepszym jego aspektem jest lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja idealna. 5 minut spacerkiem nad morze, 1 minutka do głównej alejki miasta, bliskość restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów bardzo na plus. Duży metraż apartamentu, super że ma dwie łazienki. Można z pieskami <3

1. Podany kod do skrzynki z kluczami był blędny, musieliśmy się namęczyć aby zdobyć prawidłowy. Schody wejściowe MASAKRYCZNIE śliskie! i niebiezpieczne! wywracaliśmy się co rusz i co najgorsze, niemalże wylądowałam na SORze z obawą że złamałam łokieć. OGRZEWANIE / TEMPERATURA w apartamencie nie do opanowania. Brak termostatów przy każdym kaloryferze. W jednym z pokoi 27 st na korytarzu 19 a w łazience tylko 10! nie dało się tego opanować żadnym urządzeniem. NIestety troszkę brudno - kanapa, dywany...

Jesteśmy niezadowoleni z obsługi obiektu

Ogólny wystrój

Po przyjeździe do obiektu okazało się że nie był on w ogóle posprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach, wysłano do Nas Pani sprzątającą, natomiast zmarnowaliśmy przez tą sytuację dużo czasu i nerwów. Pani na infolinii obiecała nam rekompensatę natomiast już nie oddzwoniła, dodatkowo był problem z ciepłą wodą.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war Super schön, alles wie auf den Bildern und sehr viel Platz. Waschmittel, ein Staubsauger und auch Mittel für den Geschirrspüler war vor Ort. Das Einchecken war sehr komfortable. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir wussten erst nicht wo der Müll hin muss, ich habe den Vermieter über booking.con gefragt und er hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Im Großen und Ganzen ein super Urlaub.

Der Boden knatscht sehr laut, die Bahn ist sehr direkt neben der Unterkunft deshalb ist es sehr laut. Parkplätze zu finden war nicht so leicht.
