Wonderful stay in Gdynia!

We absolutely loved our stay in the flat. The modern decoration was beautiful, and having it fully equipped made everything so convenient. The location was perfect! We also appreciated how easy it was to contact the administrator and received such quick responses. We will definitely be booking with them again when we are back in Gdynia!

W porządku, ale czystość do poprawki

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko blisko - zarówno sklepy, restauracje, jak i morze. W cenie bezpłatny parking w hali garażowej. W apartamencie duża lodówka, zmywarka, naczynia oraz pralka. Na plus wygodna wanna. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez konieczności kontaktu - wszystko przez aplikację. Ogólnie cisza i spokój.

Na dzień dobry problem z dostaniem się do apartamentu - brak kodu do pobrania kluczy, tylko do wejścia do budynku. Konieczny był kontakt z infolinią, co nie powinno mieć miejsca. Apartament nie do końca czysty i to powinno ulec poprawie - w kanapie wciśnięte opakowania po ciastkach, resztki jedzenia, meble w kurzu. Brak klosza przy lampce w sypialni. Brak możliwości zgaszenia ledów w kuchni, bo nie było pilota, dopiero na drugi dzień okazało się, że ktoś z poprzednich lokatorów wrzucił go do kratki z ogrzewaniem…

Gdynia was mooi het appartement verder teleurstellend.

De locatie was prima. Ook parkeren was goed geregeld

Bij aankomst was het moeilijk om het appartement te betreden. Je moest eerst het appartement in om de sleutel en de afstandsbediening van garage te krijgen. Zeer lastig in een zeer drukke straat waar de auto niet even tijdelijk geparkeerd kon worden. De code om het appartement binnen te komen werkte niet. Via een Whats-app conversatie bleek dat er een keysafe geopend moest worden. Dus niet via een code. Verder was de uitleg over de toegang tot de deur van het gebouw in de youtube presententie zeer onduidelijk. Het appartement zelf was niet echt goed schoongemaakt. De kookplaat was niet schoon. De binnenkant van de vaatwasser was niet schoon. Het zeepbakje van de wasmachine zat vol aangekoekt zeep. Er stonden vieze borden in de kasten. Alles is direct gemeld. Verdere direct gemeld, een kapotte lamp in de badkamer en de slaapkamer (met foto's) en een losse deurklink van de badkamer. Tevens waren er geen kleerhangers in de kasten. Het aangeboden ontbijt dat in de ochtend voor de deur werd afgeleverd was beneden de maat. Voor 12.50 euro pp verwacht je wel iets meer dan 2 broodjes, een plakje kaas en ham. een half gekookt eitje en wat tomatenschijfjes. Soms een croissant soms een pannenkoekje en een appel of een yoghurt. Geen sinaasappelsap of iets dergelijks. En de broodjes moesten worden gesmeerd met 1 pakje boter van 10 gram. (ook direct gemeld) Excuses werden gemaakt via whats-app en de enige oplossing die ze geboden hebben was een medewerker die 5 kleerhangers bracht en een poging deed om de lamp in de badkamer te repareren. (niet gelukt) Verder niets meer vernomen van de verhuurder. Erg vervelend in het appartement is dat aan het voeteneinde van het bed er tot de muur ongeveer 10 centimeter ruimte is.
