We were met at the villa by the property manager who showed us around.
This is a very good villa: spacious inside and out (there were only 2 of us); well equipped kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms; good size pool and covered outdoor dining / sitting area. Neighbours on both sides were friendly but not intrusive. Generally very quiet, especially at night apart from occasional animal noises.
A car is essential. The nearest beach, well stocked shop and restaurants at Rose are about 5 km. There are several other beaches on the peninsula. Walking locally is generally on very quiet roads. The tourist office at Radovice (Lustica Bay area) has maps showing several walking trails.
Suggest stocking up with supplies on arrival at one of the supermarkets (VOLI or Hipermarket Lakovic) on the E80 road from the airport - straight on at the roundabout where the road to Lustica Bay goes off to the right.
Trips to Herceg Novi (boat from Rose) Tivat, Budva, Kotor, and Perast (boat from Tivat) are all easily manageable.
