About this apartment rental
Location: You’ll be staying in a quiet rural area, surrounded by meadows and forests, with a stunning view of the royal castles. The charming vacation town of Roßhaupten and the famous Forggensee are only about 3 km away and offer a wide range of activities and recreational opportunities. There’s also a fishing lake just a few minutes away. Numerous hiking and biking trails pass right by the house.
Vacation Rental No. 2 at a farm outside Roßhaupten for 2–4 people, in a quiet rural area, surrounded by meadows and forests, with a stunning view of the royal castles.
Amenities: The spacious and comfortably furnished vacation apartment offers 70 square meters of living space.
The beautiful living room features a large double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, radio, and Wi-Fi. A lovely south-facing balcony with panoramic views and a seating area invites you to enjoy the evening sun.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, plenty of dishes, and a cozy seating area.
A crib can be added to the bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
The garden features a cozy, furnished patio for relaxing, as well as a grill.
A play area is available in the beautiful garden for younger guests. There is a small pool, table tennis, a trampoline, badminton, a swing, a slide, and a sandbox.

For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski and toboggan run with a lift and a cross-country ski trail is just a few minutes’ drive away. Alpine skiers will find slopes of all difficulty levels just a few kilometers away. For beginners, there is a lovely practice slope with a ski school in Roßhaupten. Those who enjoy ice skating (ice rink in Lechbruck) or curling will find everything they need in Roßhaupten or Lechbruck, with its natural lakes and artificial ice rink. Several alpine winter sports areas with sports shops and ski schools are just a few minutes’ drive away.
